Change of mind

If you have changed your mind and the items are unsuitable then please contact us within 14 days of receipt of the goods to arrange a refund.  You will incur the carriage charge for return of the goods. Please note that refunds are subject to the provided goods being in perfect, unused and complete in their unopened original packaging. Please allow 14 working days for this process.  

All shipping back to Focus Coffee is to be paid for by the customer.  We recommend that your carrier provides you with ‘proof of delivery’ as Focus Coffee cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.

Damaged or Incorrect orders

If for any reason your order is incorrect or damaged then Focus Coffee will offer a replacement or refund, please contact us to arrange the return of the goods.

DELIVERY

Free Delivery
Free delivery is within the UK only and is sent via Royal Mail Tracked 1st Class. *To qualify for this you must have spent £25 after any discount is applied.

How we work

We want the coffee to arrive with you as fresh as possible. With that in mind, we process our orders every morning, at 6:00 am, and make up our daily roast schedule accordingly.

Focus Coffee lead time
After we receive your order it will be roasted and despatched on the next working day. Working days are Mon - Friday (excluding bank holidays), if you order after 6:00 am on Friday then it will be processed the following Monday.

Postal company lead times

Royal Mail 1st Class 1-2 days delivery aim
Royal Mail 2nd Class 2-3 days delivery aim
DX Express - Next Working day delivery (Mon to Fri only)

Items will be posted to the shipping address received during the checkout process.

Delivery Charges

Parcels over 15 kg are sometimes sent via DX Express. (Contact us if you require confirmation)

International

International postage is calculated at checkout but is currently suspended.

Free Samples

On occasion we may include a free sample from one of our friends in your delivery as a little present. The free samples are often food and may contain certain allergens. Please let us know by adding a note to your order if you do not wish to receive free samples.
